At Savage Law PLLC, clients work with a full legal team dedicated to helping people through some of the most difficult moments of their lives. Since the firm’s founding in 2017, the practice has grown into a collaborative team of attorneys, paralegals, and support staff focused on providing the best possible services for our clients.
Owner, Managing Attorney
Tonilynn Savage is a passionate and dedicated advocate who focuses exclusively on family law matters, including divorce, legal separation, child custody, child support, property division, relocation actions, and spousal maintenance. She is particularly skilled in handling complex legal disputes and works closely with families to pursue practical, lasting resolutions that allow clients to move forward confidently.
Ms. Savage has received advanced trial advocacy training through the National Institute for Trial Advocacy in Boulder, Colorado. During and after law school, she assisted with and conducted numerous successful trials, developing a strong litigation background and a reputation as a determined courtroom advocate. While she is an experienced litigator who fights aggressively for her clients when necessary, she also believes family law requires a personal and compassionate approach.
In addition to litigation, Ms. Savage completed comprehensive mediation training through the Pepperdine University School of Law and enjoys helping parties resolve disputes outside the courtroom when appropriate. She has also completed training through the American Association of Certified QDRO Professionals.
Beyond private practice, Ms. Savage serves as a Guardian ad Litem under Title 26 in Yakima and Kittitas counties and also provides private consulting services on family law matters. She is committed to serving the community where she was raised and currently serves as a board member for Central Washington Legal Aid. Ms. Savage has served as a Pro Tempore Judge on Superior Court matters.
Ms. Savage lives in Yakima, Washington, with her husband and seven children. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, camping, watching football, and spending time with her family.
Senior Attorney
Ms. Lemus is a certified Title 26 Guardian ad Litem and has received advanced trial advocacy training through the National Institute for Trial Advocacy in Chicago, Illinois.
Ms. Lemus graduated cum laude from Central Christian College of Kansas before earning her Juris Doctor from Washburn University School of Law in 2011, where she also received a Certificate in Family Law. During law school, she served as Student Editor and later Student Editor-in-Chief of Family Law Quarterly, a nationally published scholarly journal focused on family law issues. She also volunteered with CASA, advocating for the best interests of children involved in the legal system.
After practicing law in Kansas, Ms. Lemus returned to her home state of Washington, where she spent time raising her family while building a diverse professional background across several industries. Her experience includes answering 911 emergency calls, developing a statewide support program for home childcare providers, assisting with front-end operations for a privately owned medical practice, and coordinating executive logistics for an international company. These experiences strengthened her communication, organization, and problem-solving skills while giving her a broader understanding of the real-world challenges many families face.
Today, Ms. Lemus focuses exclusively on family law and is known for her meticulous attention to detail and client-centered approach. She believes every family situation is unique and takes the time to fully understand each client’s goals, concerns, and priorities. She works to educate clients about their legal options, advocate effectively on their behalf, and guide them through the legal process with confidence and transparency.
Ms. Lemus is passionate about litigation and genuinely enjoys advocating for clients in court when necessary. She understands that many clients come to a family law attorney during times of crisis, and she is committed to helping them move through difficult legal challenges so they can confidently begin the next chapter of their lives.
Outside of work, Ms. Lemus enjoys living in Yakima and being active in the local community. She and her children enjoy fishing, sports, and spending time outdoors in the Eastern Washington sunshine.
Associate Attorney
Amanda Lilly first joined Savage Family Law in 2018 as the firm’s very first employee. After beginning her own legal practice in 2019, she rejoined Savage Family Law in April 2026, bringing with her a diverse and extensive professional background in law, judicial service, and client advocacy.
A graduate of South Texas College of Law Houston, Amanda practiced as a Magistrate in Arizona from 2013 to 2015. She was admitted to practice law in Washington State in December 2014. In addition to private practice, she has served as an Administrative Law Judge, bringing valuable judicial insight and experience to her legal work.
Over the last four years, Amanda served in a therapeutic and supervisory capacity as a Case Manager/Supervisor, working closely with individuals and families experiencing economic hardship, substance use disorders, and mental health crises, including supporting families impacted by substance-exposed infants. Her unique background provides her with a deep understanding of complex family dynamics and the challenges many clients face during difficult transitions. She is passionate about helping families navigate legal matters with compassion, professionalism, and practical guidance.
During her free time, she enjoys spending time with her daughter Paige.
Firm Administrator
Perla Lazo joined Savage Family Law in June 2024 and was quickly promoted to Firm Administrator. She brings a strong administrative and customer service background and plays a key role in supporting firm operations and the client experience.
New Client Coordinator
Cindy Tapia joined Savage Family Law in January 2019 as an Administrative Assistant and has grown with the firm over the years. Cindy plays an important role in supporting clients and helping create a welcoming, positive onboarding experience for individuals navigating the legal process.
Managing Paralegal
Dulce Hernandez joined Savage Family Law in August 2019 and has since been promoted twice to Managing Paralegal. Bringing extensive paralegal experience and a strong legal background, she supervises a team of four other paralegals and plays an integral role in firm leadership, case management, and client service.
Paralegal
Nelly Dellinger joined Savage Family Law in September 2024 and was quickly promoted to Paralegal, bringing prior paralegal experience in private and public service. Nelly is an aspiring attorney with a strong interest in advocacy and serving others through the legal profession. She is set to receive a Bachelor’s in Philosophy—Concentration Legal Theory in June of 2026.
Discovery Paralegal
Sandra Lopez joined Savage Family Law in October 2025 with a background as an experienced Discovery Paralegal, bringing valuable experience in document management, organization, and case preparation.

Bladimir Nunez joined Savage Family Law in December 2025 and currently serves as a member of the United States Army Reserve, where he also works as a paralegal. He brings a unique combination of military service and legal support experience to the firm.
